TRG’s Returns & Refunds Policy

You can return unused items for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. If returns are requested due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us.

We maintain the right to refuse monetary refunds based on whether items are resalable.

In the event of goods not being received through no fault of your own, refunds will be processed by the payment gateway used when ordering. This may take 2-3 days to be received by your bank.
